Resumen

Este artigo ressalta a importância da reciclagem e do aperfeiçoamento constante dos profissionais em educação, especialmente os professores ligados á área da Literatura. As mudanças econômicas, sociais e políticas apontam uma nova forma de relação entre as pessoas e isto acaba sendo refletido e sentido dentro das salas de aula, na relação que os professores estabelecem com seus educandos. Espera-se que este artigo venha ao encontro de seus objetivos, qual seja, melhorar sempre e cada vez mais o ensino de Literatura e suas relações com os alunos.

Abstract: This article stands out the importance of the to recycle and of the professionals’ constant improvement in education, especialIy the teachers linked to the area of the Literature. The economic, social changes and politics aim a new relationship form between the people and this it ends being contemplated and felt inside of the classrooms, in relationship that the teachers establish with its students. It is waited that this article comes to the encounter of its objectives, which is, to improve always and more and more the teaching of Literature and its relationships with the students.
