Abstract

Recognizing that, beyond actions, a dramaturgy is also a work that weaves passions, this article proposes the body-that-writes as a practice of availability that precedes the text to come. To this end, it draws on the creation process of azevedo (2022-2023), a Portuguese literary publication, establishing connections with the theory of affection (Spinoza) and the notions of performative program (Fabião) and in operativity (Agamben).

Author Biography

Diogo Liberano Ribeiro, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro

Diogo Liberano holds a PhD in Literature, Culture, and Contemporary Studies (PPGLCC/PUC-Rio), with a focus on dramaturgy. He also holds a Master's degree in Performing Arts (PPGAC/UFRJ), specializing in theater and performance, and a Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts: Theater Directing (UFRJ). He is the founder of Platô - Pesquisa e Produção, a platform that connects research, production, and artistic pedagogy initiatives, and serves as the editor of the artistic criticism journal Esse texto.
