Abstract

This article is reflection on the actor puppeteer's performance: the act of performing and the methods and processes an actor-puppeteer must develop when manipulating in full-view of an audience.

Semaine Mondiale de la Marionnette Festival (1996-2001). Encenadora. Professora na área de Teatro de Formas Animadas Contemporâneo, Université du Québec à Montréal – UQAM, École Supérieure de Théâtre (desde 1984). Fundadora e diretora do curso de graduação
em Teatro de Bonecos Contemporâneo (DESS – Diplôme d’études spécialisées en théâtre de marionnettes contemporain), o primeiro e único curso universitário no campo do Teatro de Animação no Canadá.
