Desbravamentos

Em 2016 foi iniciado um projeto chamado “Desbravamentos” que contava com explorações em lugares abandonados do interior de Portugal. O projeto ganhou este nome em razão do difícil acesso a determinados espaços, ora pela vegetação que criava barreiras, ora pelo estado de ruína. Foram explorados hotéis, casas, fábricas, escolas e mosteiros durante dois anos. A memória presente nos lugares e o desgaste do tempo conduziram e seguem a conduzir os trabalhos artísticos, oportunizando a produção de assemblages, colagens, pinturas, desenhos, bordados e fotografias. Para este ensaio visual, o recorte foi feito a partir de fotografias de algumas das casas acessadas durante o período de desbravamentos.
