Resumo
Este texto apresenta parte de uma pesquisa de Pós-Doutorado que versou sobre a
cosmovisão indígena da etnia Terena de Mato Grosso do Sul como propulsora de
conhecimentos para a dança cênica e para a educação. Foram abordados dois aspetos da
cosmovisão indígena - a relação desses povos com a ecologia e com os estados expandidos
de consciência - tanto para a discussão teórica quanto para uma composição coreográfica.
Foram usados principalmente autores indígenas de diversas etnias brasileiras, como Kaká
Werá, Davi Kopenawa e Rosa Maria Marchewicz, buscando reparar a ausência dos mesmos
em pesquisas acadêmicas e a consequente desvalorização de seus saberes na cena e na
educação brasileira.

Abstract
This text presents part of a Post-doctoral research that focused on the indigenous
cosmovision of the Terena ethnic group from Mato Grosso do Sul as a source of knowledge
for scenic dance and education. Two aspects of the indigenous cosmovision were addressed
- their relationship with ecology and with expanded states of consciousness - contributing
to theoretical discussion and choreographic composition. Indigenous authors from different
Brazilian ethnicities were used, such as Kaká Werá, Davi Kopenawa, and Rosa Maria
Marchewicz, to repair the absence of their voices in academic research and the consequent
devaluation of their knowledge in the Brazilian scene and education.

la danza escénica y la educación. Se abordaron dos aspectos de la cosmovisión indígena - la
