produzimos em conjunto. Nesse dia, tivemos a fala de Felipe, um dos diretores do
ISAVIÇOSA, que lançou a seguinte reflexão: “qual a água que a gente está
cultivando dentro de nós mesmos?” (informação verbal)22. Comentou que
considera necessária essa reflexão para não banalizarmos o uso da água. E
completou:
Hoje, em volta do planeta Terra, nós temos aproximadamente mais de 2
bilhões de pessoas que não têm acesso à água. Então, ou seja, a cada
três pessoas [aproximadamente] em volta do planeta uma pessoa não
tem acesso à água. [...] Nós temos essa oportunidade, e qual é o valor
que nós estamos dando a isso? Qual é a relação que a gente tem com a
água? Então, a gente busca incentivar e ativar essa relação de cada um
com esse elemento, que é presente, é parte de nós, não é uma coisa que
está fora, um elemento que está ali passando, que está na torneira, no
cano, não. É um elemento que é parte do nosso ser, é parte da nossa
estrutura física, literalmente (informação verbal)23.
Após a fala de Felipe, tivemos uma prática de meditação guiada, conduzida
por Marina, cujo objetivo foi sensibilizar os participantes a prestarem atenção na
água dentro do próprio corpo, presente nos fluidos corporais, e na presença da
água no nosso cotidiano. Sobre essa prática, uma das convidadas comentou:
Quando ela falou “qual foi o primeiro contato de vocês com a água?”, eu
pensei no útero, [...], então, no momento de meditação, eu me visualizei
dentro do útero, me mexendo dentro daquela água. E aí, quando ela falou
“molhe a testa”, e aí me lembrou um negócio que [se] faz com o bebê,
quando você molha a testa, quando o bebê está com soluço. E foi me
dando isso, e, quando ela falou “molha o pescoço”, eu lembrei de, tipo
assim, eu tomando banho na banheira e minha mãe passando a mão,
assim, no pescocinho gordinho, para limpar. E eu fiquei em choque,
porque uma simples pergunta que ela fez me trouxe esse sentimento de
retrospectiva, de introspecção e, como apareceu no vídeo, vocês falaram
várias vezes “a água é vida”, eu achei que isso é bastante significativo

A fala de Maria Eduarda evidencia o sentido da água em nossas vidas para
além da necessidade fisiológica, pois é um elemento que nos provoca memórias
afetivas de experiências que nos constituem. Ela compartilhou também que
