emoções para vivermos outras vidas, que não são as nossas, mas poderiam ser,
transitando por narrativas de diferentes lugares, épocas, mundos, realidades,
tempos. Essa percepção nos ajuda a nos conectar e a entender na prática como
funciona essa ideia de integração, que respeita a diversidade, sabendo que cada
um é importante para o todo.
A oficina conduzida por Maria Júlia Pascali proporcionou o encontro de corpos
indígenas e não-indígenas em um momento único onde as singularidades de cada
um se complementaram formando o todo da obra artística. Durante essa imersão,
o encontro das artistas Mepaeruna Tikuna e Vanessa Benites Bordin aconteceu.
Mepaeruna envolveu a todos com seu canto que ecoou na Sala Samambaia, a
canção ancestral Tikuna, entoada com a dança de seus antepassados, reverberou
nos corpos dos performers indígenas e não-indígenas fazendo com que se
conectassem, mesmo sem saber a canção e a dança, aos poucos todos foram se
integrando e juntos se tornando um coro. Mepaeruna aprendeu a cantar com sua
avó, ouvindo-a desde que era bem pequena.
O canto é um conhecimento que fica preservado no corpo daquele que sabe,
o conhecimento memória que se dá na relação com o outro, uma troca que se
estabelece estando junto com os mais velhos, ouvindo os cantos e
progressivamente aprendendo a cantar. É um saber que se elabora pela
experiência, “o saber do corpo” (Lagrou, 2007), o saber “incorporado” (Viveiros de
Castro, 1996)
, a experiência de repertório (Taylor, 2013)
. Na mesma perspectiva
que Zumthor (2002) fala que o conhecimento não somente se faz pelo corpo, mas
é do corpo, pois se trata de uma acumulação de conhecimentos que ultrapassa a
racionalidade e são da ordem da sensação.
A beleza daquele momento com a canção Tikuna, que poucos compreendiam
A palavra “encorporar” é utilizada por Viveiros de Castro que acredita ser a melhor forma de tradução
encontrada para expressar a ideia das experiências vivenciadas e apreendidas corporalmente: “Traduzo a
forma inglesa

e seus derivados, pelo neologismo ‘encorporar’ visto que nem ‘encarnar’ nem
‘incorporar’ são realmente adequados” (1996, p.136).
Diana Taylor (2013) - nesse entendimento do “saber do corpo” - traz o conceito de
embodiment
traduzido
por incorporar, relacionando-o ao conceito de repertório que, diferente do arquivo que se refere à hegemonia
da escrita como única fonte de pesquisa valorizada, remete justamente ao que não está escrito, mas se
revela por ações num gesto de descolonização do saber, em que a escrita tem papel predominante na dita
cultura ‘culta’ em forma de arquivo. Assim, o arquivo estaria relacionado à cultura letrada e o repertório à
cultura não letrada. O repertório está nas performances do corpo, do efêmero, daquilo que vivemos.
